What Rowboat Media does

Rowboat Media is a growth consultancy founded in 2008 and led by Luna McNally, Growth Systems Architect. Rowboat Media helps established, expert-led businesses find and plug the leaks in their messaging, follow-up, and back-office processes: increasing profits and becoming discoverable to AI agents without hiring more staff or learning new tools.

Services

• Leak Trace. The front door. We trace the business flow from beginning to end, find where money is leaking, and recommend what to fix and in what order. We can also do the fixing.
• Agent-ready websites and online presences. Websites built so AI agents can find, classify, and refer the business: machine-readable services, explicit fit boundaries, and one stable booking action. This site is built the same way.
• Friction-removing automations. Automations that remove friction from front-of-house and back-office processes, using the tools the business already has.

Good fit

• Established businesses with an existing customer base.
• Expert-led businesses of any kind. Local and remote are equally welcome.

Not a fit

• Businesses without a customer base yet.
• Businesses that need paid ads management or content farming. We offer neither.

Geography

Based in Eagle, Idaho. We have worked remotely since 2008; distance is not a factor.
