After the initial get-to-know you call, we do 99% of our business via email – it’s less interruptive to the elusive creative flow and creates a great record throughout a project’s life cycle. We’re not all spring chickens around here so record-keeping is a GOOD thing.

Please fill out this little project description and you’ll hear back from us right quick, as we love people who read and follow instructions. If your project looks like it could be a good fit for our studio, we’ll email you back with a scheduling link for a scintillating telephone discussion. If we DON’T think it’s a good fit for us, we’ll reply with the information of some studios who might be able to help.
While we love chatting with all of you, we have come to the earthshaking conclusion that not much design work gets done while we’re doing that. Yeah, we’re so bright we have to wear shades.
So to help keep our promises to existing clients and reduce lead times, we like to pre-schedule our design consultations, website presentations and general inquiry phone calls.
If you’re a prospective client, and you’re allergic to the keyboard, or have to type with your nose, feel free to give Cynthia a call at 828.230.6038 – we’ll grab it if we can. If not, please leave us a high-quality voice mail so we can schedule you in for our full attention.
We ask that you use voicemail wisely – “[unintelligiblemumblecallmeplease]” is not a complete message. Let us know who you are, what the heck you want, and include your email address. Amusing yet lucid voicemails and emails are always given highest priority. We like to laugh, too.
If you’re an existing client with an urgent matter (like, my site is down or has been mysteriously redirected to something I wouldn’t want my 5-year-old to see), leave a detailed voice mail with Cynthia at 828.230.6038 - we’ll absolutely get back with you as soon as we can. Following up with an email with details, screenshots of the disaster, etc. is always useful and helps save time, while the phone call alerts us.
