We’re located in Midtown Atlanta, but we accept commissions from anywhere.  Location work near the beach may be eligible for a discount.

While we love chatting with all of you, we have come to the earthshaking conclusion that not much design work gets done while we’re doing that.  Yeah, we’re so bright we have to wear shades.

So to help keep our promises to existing clients and reduce lead times, we restrict our design consultations, website presentations and general inquiry phone calls to Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you’d like to talk, shoot us an email or leave a detailed voice mail and we’ll get that scheduled.

Late arrivals: We will wait up to 15 minutes on the conference line for you, if you have not communicated that you are running late.  After that, the appointment is considered passed and we must reschedule. We are not amused by passive-aggressiveness – if you do not want to keep your appointment for any reason, please send us a brief email before your appointment. We’ll respect you more for it.

If you’re an existing client with an urgent matter (like, my site is down or has been mysteriously redirected to something  I wouldn’t want my 5-year-old to see), leave a detailed voice mail – we’ll absolutely get back with you as soon as we can.

We’re email addicts, we confess it.  However, we do our best to handle emails in batches, but we do check them several times a day throughout the day.  Again, if your hair is on fire, please call and leave a voice mail and state the severity of the conflagration. And…um…we’re more night owls than early risers. So…just pretend we’re on the West Coast and you won’t be so shocked by some of the email timestamps.
